Stopped at this Food Truck today for the first time. Loved it! The owner was very personable and our food was cooked to perfection. We tried all 3 types of empanadas, the Bacalaitos and a Matters box with Picadillo. Will definitely visit Will's Place again.

I was in the area for academic testing. I forgot my directions and walked into Hit the Spot Kitchen. I was pointed in the right direction with a smile. That, plus the vibe, made the decision for me to return for lunch. I was again greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. The food was delicious and I would go back in a heartbeat. They were at an event I attended and I got the Zeke's empanada and the beef (I can't remember the name of) empanada as well as tostadas. Everything was soooo good, including the sauces!! There aren't good empanadas anywhere near where I live and it's been so long since I got to indulge in a favorite meal. 100% would go back if I'm ever in the Fredericksburg area again....

Had lunch with them today at Old Bust Head Brewery. The food was excellent. We tried several items including an empenada, a relleno, rice bowls with chicken and pork and the pork sandwich. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The meat was well seasoned. The pork sandwich was a favorite, with the slaw and Rico Sauce! Looking forward to dining...
