Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Wow, So BAD!!! I was heading out of wal mart when I saw this sub way poster ad for a foot long stuffed food item (not sure what is was supposed to be) but was a piece of flatbread where I had the choice of chicken, beef, or cheese as a stuffing. You could only get one item for the stuffing. I chose the cheese which consisted of four small triangular cut pieces. The thing was then heated up in their instant oven. I don't do fizzy drinks so I asked for a cup of water and I was told no cut of water was available,but I could buy a bottled water. (the fountain soda machines provide water, so essentially, just no cup). I did without the water. Once I got to my table I thought I'd go get a napkin which I looked high and low for. Finally I asked some guy sitting on a stool behind the counter and he didn't respond, but the woman who had helped me grabbed one from a napkin dispenser that only faces the restaurant staff, not accessible by customers. She then lambasted me in a dialect I couldn't quite understand that '"napkin in basket", and sure enough when I returned to my seat there was a napkin in there, buried underneath the item and the wax paper it came with. The woman behind the counter was rude and unfriendy to the point of menacing. The food item was hard, overcooked, and the cheese was not noticeable as I almost broke my teeth trying to eat it. Dang. One of the worst "restaurant"...

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and snarky while we were trying to order. Our 4 subs was $61 which is way more than we usually pay. She didn’t want to explain why it was so expensive when paying. Once we got the receipt i noticed she charged us for 4 extra cheeses when only one sub got extra cheese. She tried to argue with my husband that it’s what we ordered, when we definitely did not. She tried to hand him a one dollar bill to make up for the mistake, the refund should have been $4.50 + taxes charged. She ended up giving $4 back bc I don’t think she understands how to work her register and do a proper refund. Just go to Sheetz to get sub. The Indian lady was very unprofessional and overcharged me for two regular sandwiches - teriyaki chicken and an Italian BMT, she charged me for premium. I even asked her how two $11 subs that would have came up to $22 plus tax ends up as $30 instead of 25. A few days prior I bought 2 premium subs and popcorn and the price was $28. She printed out the receipt and it didn't have a breakdown of the prices on the subs so I could have disputed the overpriced charges or do a proper survey.
