Have to say that I was underwhelmed at best, with this afternoon's stop. I was the only person ordering and when I got to the register, the gentleman cashier seemed annoyed that he had to put his cell phone down and walk over to the register so that he could take my order. The first thing that went thru my head was the numerous articles I've read about our cell phones being bacteria infested and comparable to the cleanliness of a toilet seat. Thankfully he wasn't cooking my food or bagging it items. I don't generally judge people by their appearance but drive thru girl was wearing too-tight, almost see thru black leggings. Another bdrive thru attendant wearing a black hoodie from his high school that bad the neck ripped down. I get it. It's cold out, but I'll fathom a guess that they provide drive thru employees with company coats to wear...?
Ordered a fry and McChicken. Fries were warm. Almost. OK, not at all. They were probably warm when they were made 45 minutes prior. I will say that I generally don't expect much from the McChicken. Usually have way too much pepper in the breading, slathered with a cup of mayo that I always end up scraping off. Much to my delight, the mayo rationing was perfect. The "chicken" part, not so much. It was as if they ran out of patties, so scavenged yesterday's castaways from the garbage, threw it in the fryer for 1 minute and plopped it on a bun. Hard, little to no chicken in between the (once again) over seasoned with pepper breading. Oh well. Guess my expectations were a little high.
Side note. When a person orders a small sandwich and fries, you do not need to put a 1/4 of the entire stack of napkins in the bag. 2 or 3...
   Read moreI came here with my mom on 6/30/18 at about 10:15 pm, which is 15 minutes before close on a Saturday night. Right away we sat there waiting in silence for a couple minutes before we got anyone to take our order. When someone finally came on the speaker to greet us we just heard this snobby âWhat do you want?â Right off the bat we immediately felt like we werenât supposed to be there even if there was still 15 minutes before close. After she said that my mom responded with the first part of our order which was a ten piece chicken nugget. The woman never asked us what type of sauce we wanted or anything, so then we hesitantly also added that we wanted sweet and sour sauce and ranch. Following that, there was still no response from the lady on the other side. Then, at that point we mentioned the last part of our order, which was two hashbrowns, to which we still got no response. It was silent for about 3 minutes... I mean you could literally hear the crickets outside. Finally, the woman just responded âIs that all?â in the same snobby tone that we got before. After being ignored for so long my mom and I told her to forget it and headed over to the Saukville Mcdonaldâs (which they greeted us with a welcome and wonderful service). My mom and I completely understand that they were 15 minutes to close so the woman was probably a little upset, but the service we got was completely uncalled for. At any time the woman could have told us that she needed a moment to do whatever it was that she was doing, but we got no response and an awful attitude....
   Read moreI would not have given them a star at all but I had to to post. The worst service! My husband went inside because the drive thru line was so long after a volleyball game. He stood there for a few minutes not being acknowledge by staff the gentleman in front of him left sick of waiting for service so my husband asked a female worker if they were going to get waited on and the worker responded "well we have people who have been waiting in the drive thru for 600 seconds".So my husband replied "so does that mean we wont be waited on"? The worker ignored him. Needless to say he left without placing an order. This type of service has happen twice to us at this location and we will not be back! Having worked in fast food in my teenage years there is no excuse for a 10 minute wait in a drive thru or no service at a counter when burgers and fries take a few minutes each to make. I think this manager needs to staff better on a night there is a game at the school and retrain the staff on how to treat customers. Very...
