Steak was good. However when we went to be seated we said we have 5. They went to look for the table which it was ava. Then he came back and said is the other 2 here yet. No they are on their way. So he proceeds to sit the people behind us. Then came back and we said we can sit while we wait for the rest. He says our policy is that the whole table has to be here to seat you. Keep in mind im holding a 2 year old. We said they are on the way we just talked to them. He rolls his eyes acted like he had an issue and took us to the table. The other BS part was my father asked for extra butter on potato, it comes out with 3/4 stick of margarine in it. As a stick still. He said that he didnt know it would be margarine and prefers the butter packets on the table to that. She says ok then brings out a plate. He puts potato on the plate and she said no that is for you to dump the margarine out, she was not taking the potato back for a new one. In short customer service sucked. Really the cost of a potato to make your customer happy and your BS inconvenient seating policy. On a $105 bill we would have tipped 25 but because of these issue she only received 10. I wont go back.....

Service has always been commendable and I can't say enough how wonderful the food is here. Every salad entree dessert is as fresh as it gets. This family has wonderful work ethic and creates a dining experience like no other in the area. Their menu is delightful and all staff is incredibly professional. Personally, I am grateful for the comfort and peaceful feeling that comes with every dining experience I have ever had at Valentine's restaurant. Kudos to you all you are at the top of your game.    Read moreWent with my sister and neice to have a nice dinner for the first time at Valentines. As soon as we went in...it was just us because they had just opened. Took for ever to get food except for appetizers. Which we ordered lobster rangoon that was hard as a rock. Baked tilapia was absolutely horrible...no flavor....too fishy. When complained about the talapia and meatless dry catfish....waitress says thats our most popular dish. Have no idea as to how hard, dry, unflavored food could be popular. The three of us have no intentions of going back. And my niece didnt find long black hair in HER food...but me and my sister did... Waitress had horrible attitude.
