Not sure what everyone's issues are with this location. The order was correct, food was hot and as expected.
The employees mirror their customers very well. The customer that shows respect, gets respect. Have a good attitude, get a good attitude. Shows patience, gets patience. It's not tough, people. This is a rest stop food place.
They're paid in peanuts, work exploitative hours, and deal with horrible people all day. People who only stop as they're passing through, never having to return again and taking advantage of it by treating the employees like garbage, anonymously, never having to see them again.

Read moreExtremely disappointed in the way this Dunkin is ran. When traveling on the road the last thing you want is to spend $25 at a coffee shop just to drink milk. I addressed it with the waitress (younger, short, dark hair) and she was arguing back instead of simply fixing the issue of making my coffee full of milk and has the audacity to charge me for another shot of espresso when she’s at fault.
