Wendy's — Restaurant in Freedom Township

Gave me a raw classic chicken sandwich on 8/26/25. No manager on staff looked to be a bunch of minors running the store I’ve been here several times and seen no manager ever. And I always am missing something in my order! I never see the kids wash there hands or change gloves I seen the same guy drop a raw chicken sandwich on the floor and picks it up and throws it away but never changes gloves and continues to make food with the dirty gloves. And cross contamination with the fish and chicken being cooked together and the chicken and fries that makes the fries gluten when cooked...

Very slow service. We ordered five burgers but waiting for almost half hour. This is afternoon, not lunchtime. Considering the overall about $30 for our order, I don’t know how this facility makes profit, by paying three workers in side (if minimum wage of $15 per hour). I normally don’t make negative reviews. But right after I was served, at the counter. A Hispanic family walked up and was declined service at that counter and was told to use the kiosk.
