Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Freedom

Must be under new management or ownership, because the lady running the front desk now (so called manager) is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My Husband could hear her bitching about us in the kitchen when he went back, because our order wasn't right the first time. He is almost 100% sure she flipped him the finger as well when he was leaving. When I called back, because the order was yet again wrong and the food was poorly made... she argued with me on the phone and refused to give my money back even when our order was wrong twice and we had to drive back twice. Very rude. I've ordered from this Fox's many times without any issues until tonight. I am not sure why the change, but both the food and the service have went downhill dramatically. I will not order from this...

Let start off with I order from here a decent amount and all has been great but recently my orders have been getting messed up I left them go but now this is Sadi waited 50 minute for my 30 min carry out order I order a med half cheese half extra pep and paid for the topping and I got cheese sticks more like cheese loaf not one bit of it was cut, and last is my pizza the large sweet chili Hawaiian pizza now I know that pineapple has juices that will cook into pizza make it soft and white sauce tends to get running when to much is put on and extra cheese needs a little longer to cook this was like soup when I picked it up to put on plate and everything fell off !!!! Just do a better stop...

Ok well that's it for us.call ordered a large pizza with half pepperoni and it came with mushrooms and sausage mixed in it.gross us out .call back told her there was stuff in are pizza.she said she will make another but needs that one back.i said thats ok.so he comes to door and gave us new pizza and ask me where's the closest garbage can.now c'mon people. People are starving out here .cant they say give it to the next door people or let the workers have it.i just thinking of all the people that would have ate that pizza we didn't touch it.i don't know but that was just crazy.anyway no more fox's for us.Hate mushrooms...
