Came in for my fiancĂ©âs birthday dinner - immediate service was fine and we were seated relatively quickly. However, from the point we had our order taken onward, things went downhill. Drinks took close to 7 minutes to come out.
We ordered one of the sushi boats and verified that miso soup came with it. Most times, youâd think the soup comes out first. However, after waiting close to half an hour, we were served the soup and sushi at the same time. Soup arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing given how long we had been waiting.
The largest redeeming quality by far was the quality of the fish - some of the best Iâve seen for the price. Lastly, we waited around for our check close to 10 minutes and a staff member who wasnât even our waitress had to ask if we got it and then bring it out.
We were willing to overlook the less than ideal service until I caught a glimpse of what appears to be a baby roach creeping up the side of my drink and table.

Read moreThis was amazing! The staff are very kind and don't take long to serve you, the atmosphere of the restaurant was calming and relaxed, the food was amazing! I don't like rolls but the Texas roll was delicious, i had the beef ramen and it was great, the noodles were the perfect texture and girth, the broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, the boiled egg was flavorful and the soup was soo good! Definitely a "must try" restaurant ! Edit: I went out for dinner here yesterday, it wasn't as good as it was the first few days it was open. The Texas roll was good, but the rock shrimp tasted like it was just starting to go bad, same with the shrimp in the shaggy roll. The chicken (chicken Teriyaki) didn't have much flavor and the texture was a bit odd. The sweet tea tasted like they used dirty water in it or sink water. The main waitress we had was a bit pushy. I would only come back for...
Read moreEvery succulent morsel was beyond amazing. Our first time visiting was simply divine! When food is well seasoned and served hot as it hit the table, you must complement the establishment as well as the chef.
The Tempura Appetizers was a excellent start. Next, I ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice. It wasn't the typical fried rice! It was plated with grace and with it's portion was enough for another full meal size. The hubby had the Hibachi Triple which includes steak, shrimp and chicken along with Miso soup, fried rice and mixed vegetables. Every bite was delicious! So much food that there wasn't any room for dessert. No worries! We'll be back.
Don't just take my word! Head on over to this wonderful gem in...
