Awful experience at Annie's ice cream shack. Waited for my order while 3 other orders were filled. Personal were very confused on making my order.They never filled the order, had to start again. While waiting some other customer started to shoot his mouth off and make comments. Wouldn't stop with his mouth, tried to start a fight. Personal at Annie's never said a word to him to get him to stop. Terrible experience, will not go back. Not worth the hassle of getting in a fight over icecream. My husband loves ice cream, but ice cream doesn't love me. It I hard to find places that can accommodate. THIS IS THE PLACE! I ordered my banana split and my non-dairy sorbet and was asked if it was an allergy. When I said yes, the service was fantastic. They have scoops and toppings separate from the ice cream section to make sure they don't get cross contaminated with dairy. They explained everything and we were just super impressed. ...

The ice-cream at Annie's is undoubtedly the best ice-cream I've ever had...and I've had a lot. The coconut almond bar ice-cream had large chips of quality chocolate and a ton of whole almonds. The pistachio ice-cream had whole pistachios. Each flavor was a delight. How anyone can work there without deplete their supply is beyond me.
