Definitely the worst subway I've ever been to. Generally speaking in my experience Subway is remarkably consistent and I'm rarely ever disappointed. To get straight to it, This place does not put any meat at all on your sandwich. The bread is stale. They do not listen to your directions, requiring you to repeat yourself for ^every* ingredient. I'm a slow orderer at subway, sometimes caught off guard by the process, to feel like i was still too fast for the worker to process really says something. Definitely don't come here unless it is last resort. I work at the industrial park nearby and have little options. I won't be coming here anymore. I watched the "artist" carefully arrange 5 pieces of banana peppers so it covered my sandwich lengthwise. She grabbed a portion of onions and put several of them back. It is obvious that there is a clear focus from management on small portion sizes. You will feel ripped off. A weird feeling for sure when buying from a fast food chain, if you want to avoid that feeling, avoid coming here. For what it's worth, this is the first and only subway I've seen that was Indian owned. It was honestly a pleasant surprise as I've had many discussions with various people from all over the subcontinent and find their mercantile spirit enviable. However this owner/staff embodies all of the worst stereotypes. Cannot understand English unless you say it 2/3x , extremely cheap and frugal, using old inventory. Cutting corners. Rude customer service. This is the only subway that didn't have a "corporate owned" vibe.
It looks just like every other subway, but trust me. The quality is far lower. Do...
Read moreI only use this Subway when I'm in a rush or don't feel like driving further than 5 minutes from home. Every time I go here I cringe because I feel like I'm just throwing my money away. I've never seen a Subway be so greedy with their meats. I normally don't pay attention to this kind of thing but when you order a footlong steak, and the amount of steak they put on your sandwich could fit in the palm of your hand, that's just wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was just a one time occurance, but sadly it wasn't. No matter what sandwich I order, or who's behind the counter, they always put the absolute minimal amount of meat on your sandwich. They're a little more generous with the additional items, but not by much. When I mentioned one time that the amount of tuna on my sub was pitiful I was told I could pay extra for an extra scoop. When the food doesn't even make a thin layer over the bread I don't think I should have to pay more. I will say that their veggies are always really fresh and the sandwiches usually taste great, if it weren't for the fact that they make me feel like I'm getting ripped off this Subway...
Read moreNever order double meat from this location. They'll gladly accept your extra payment and then give you the same meat as if you didn't order double. It's happened twice and I'll never return. I frequently go to Subway locations and this one is run by dishonest management. Just read all the reviews with the same type of experience... clearly this management encourages putting the bare minimum on all their sandwiches and I wasn't going to say this before, but they are thieves and could not care less about feedback. I reported this to Subway corporate as well. These owners should be forced to follow Subway standards or lose the right to operate as a Subway. Absolute joke...
