Oh man oh man! I found another hand-pulled noodles place close to home! Score!! Woohoo! Right next to 99 Ranch market and close to the freeway.
My co-workers have been talking about this place back in the day. I have been going here with my family for years and took many friends as well. This location has changed from many different places and Bings’s seems to have stayed over seven years now! Good sign! I like their open space dining set up where the kitchen is open and you can see them make their dumplings and noodles...ooo lala!!
Their menu is very simple and everything is now below $19. Price inflation but some are reasonable. Go figure! Very good portions though. You can taste the difference. Had their spicy and regular beef braised noodle soup. Meat was tender and the noodles are soft! You can tell the noodles are made fresh. Also, I like their wonton noodle soup. All broth soups are very good. Spicy was not really spicy to me though so I had to added more spice! Haha Their Hot Oil-Seared (dry) Noodles with minced pork is also very good. Their wonton in Chili Oil is good as well. I also get their pork soup dumplings. Everything they make are pretty good! The dumpling wrap is not too thick and lots of meat inside. You need to learn to eat with chop sticks and soup spoon to drink the soup from the dumplings! Also, you have to make the right sauce to dip this in. They don’t offer free tea anymore. It’s only 50cents but It’s good.
My fave place when I am craving spicy dry noodles or beef braised noodle soup. I just wish they added more bok choy for more veggies for a balance.
Very surprising their service is still pretty good, friendly and attentive. Seems they are a family business. They speak pretty good English, too. We are regulars here! So this means I totally...

I visited this restaurant for Lunch on Sunday. Restaurant was busy. I had to wait for 10 mins to get table. This restaurant has only two members in staff serving customers around. They took orders quickly and also serviced food quickly.
While I was away for restroom, they served food and left on table. This did not make me feel good. I ordered all vegetarian noodle and veg bun. Limited vegetarian choices to be precise only 4. The food test was okay for me, veg buns oy had green leafy vegetable. I was expecting it to be mixed veg. Veg bun was very blend...to get better test I had to add chilly oil or Vinegar and Soy sauce.
The restaurant has no decor. Staff was friendly suggested how to add test in Veg Bun. Since restaurant is busy, while I was still enjoying Chinese tea after food, they served me check and I...
Read moreWe decided to swing by on a Friday night. We got a table without any wait time. Already a win!
We ordered the vegetable buns, the hot chilli oil dumplings with pork and shrimp and the hot oil seared noodles with spicy pork.
The vegetable buns were super fluffy and delicious. I love eating them with the chilli oil and soy sauce at the table. Will try their dumplings next time to see how they turn out!
The shrimp and pork dumplings were spot on as well, my partner really enjoyed those.
The noodles were a really generous portion size and they accommodated our request to make them extra spicy. The texture of the noodles was chewy and they had a little bite to them - my husband enjoyed them.
The plates are paper, the decor is ok, but overall it was super clean, the service was nice and we look forward to coming back to try more stuff! As a vegetarian I really liked that they had some...
