Cantaritos Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Fremont

Great little Mexican restaurant. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Patty as she was interested to know why, I was taking photos and I let her know that I was planning to do a Google review as it was a hobby for me. She first thought I was a food critic (I guess - I may be 🙃) that was to be in the area. But now to the fun part, the food and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. My server was attentive and got the order right and it came quickly. Thanks Filipe! Then came by Geno - “hi do you like hot stuff”, and I responded but of course! Soon he came back with the house habanero source it was wonderful and yes🥵hot and tasty!!! Even though I was not his table he stopped by just to make sure I was good, and I saw him do this a several other tables. It only gets better. But who else then the bartender across the way from my table “Pepe”…,OMG is this guy loved. Every customer knew him by name and when they left he came around hugged, kisses, high-fives…etc. In my opinion he is the face of Canataritos. The only thing needed is for them to expand the bar and let Pepe do his job. I will be telling my colleagues about this place and I hope you look them up!!! ...

This was my first visit here. Cantaritos Fremont is going to be one of my favorite Mexican veg food restaurant.

I visited this restaurant for dinner on Saturday nightThis restaurant has friendly staff members. I was promptly greeted and seated. Restaurant was busy. They took orders quickly and also serviced food quickly. We ordered all vegetarian dishes. There is a separate vegetarian menu page Food was served quickly and also was presented well. The food test was really good, I enjoyed it. I requested special order that was not on menu - Wet veg burrito and it was really good. I enjoyed and loved their green sauce. I ordered too much food - I could not finish so packed to go! veg Nachitca was really tasty.

Went with my wife and a friend to eat here for lunch. I had the nachos with grilled chicken. Very large portion that tasted really good. Lots of grilled chicken, fresh salsa, sour cream and guacamole. My wife and friend, ate right into it. They had the quesadilla and chimichanga. Both good sized and both women said we're really good. My wife hadn't eaten there with the current owners and agreed the food is much better than when the previous owners ran the restaurant.

Service was first rate. There is free parking in front but can be limited since it is shared with the other business in the area. There is a dirt lot next to the restaurant for overflow parking needs. We were lucky, we park right in front.

The restaurant has a full bar and Spanish music is played in the background. Theme of the restaurant is Spanish and has the feel of Mexico. Prices are reasonable. Definitely will...
