It all started in the order window. Cook to order doesn't mean well done it means hot food needs to be cooked as it is being ordered. After I brought that to the order takers attention, he said he already talked to people handling the food. I drive to the 2nd window. The lady is handing me my food bag. I was surprised and told her it's order to cook. I want my fries n sandwiches hot. She promised it was hot. I took her word for it to drive home. The food was cold not freshly made as I requested. I called the number on the receipt, they don't answer their phone. It's so frustrating when u explain several times n people working at McDonald's r just ignorant. This location is not bad. Most of the time I get my order right. Sunday crew must get more classes on how to take orders n act upon it. We had to warm our sandwiches n fries in microwave..had to throw large fries away it just ruined the taste. 10/12/23 We started using app as it gives rewards. Drive thru asks everything on app with code then u go to the window to pay cashier is clueless asks again what did u order then takes the phone to c it still tells u full price n not what's on the app. Seriously ur managers n supervisors need to step up to teach their employees about their apps n how it works. If they don't know how to use it, get ur manager to help u out instead of arguing with the customer after u have seen the app order on their phone.
12/03/2024 I ordered caramel frappe, no whip no drizzle. I didn't get full cup so I asked the guy to fill it up. Women comes in to help him then she tells me to wait on no.1 coz suddenly her machine needs to be filled up. So b4 I left I told her no whip no drizzle also my receipt says that. Waiting for 7 mins here comes a guy with my drink with whip cream n drizzle on it. This is the 2nd time they did this to my drink. Well guess what, from now on I will be waiting at the window. No more parking and waiting. Fool me once shame on u, fool me twice shame on me. Lesson ...
Read moreClassic McDonald's experience and all that it implies. I was really with the kids about hamburgers and the conversation came upon the tough if the Big Mac. I've not had one of these possibly in a couple decades and have fond memories of them because when I was in college they used to have a promotion where you could get 2 for $2. The kids asked what makes a Big Mac a Big Mac and I said I think it's the McDonald's bun with the sugary taste and middle piece, and the secret sauce. One could argue it's also the chopped up lettuce and diced onions but those are just different ways to include a non specialized standard unmodified ingredient. I'd also allow the idea of the inclusion of the McDonald's cheese which has a pretty unique texture, be that good or bad. Today, my McDonald's app let me know that there was a promotion for buy one get one and I decided if let the kids try one just so they know what the Big Mac experience is. So we order, get them home, and the kids have a round. "How is it". "Tastes like a burger". They said our homemade burgers are better. Not to say far food burgers should taste better than homemade but they were not impressed. 2 observations I had not having had or seen one in person for a long time was that the burger looked small in volume. Hard to believe this thing is called "big". Secondly, the beef patties were notably thin. Like, 2 patties aren't even one of our home patties which I consider normal in size. See my picture for this visit. Now this is not a slight on this or any McDonald's for that matter. It just is. Do with that what you want. If you like McDonald's, this one will give you that McDonald's experience and there ain't nothing...
Read moreWe always go to this Mc Donalds because it's the closest one from home and service has always been good except for today. I never had experience waiting for over 30 minutes for my food ever before in any McDonald's location. This is the first time and it was quite frustrating. Given the waiting time seating in the curbside, I was given an incomplete order. When I told their staff that I am missing a happy meal and a mocha fraff, he said he was sorry but never came back to give me the rest of my orders. I had to get down my car twice for a simple order. Yet still the happy meal was not made when I walked in to pick it up inside and had to wait additional 5 more minutes. One of the employee apologized for the waiting time with a piece of cookie which doesn't even equal up to the time I wasted for seating in my car. When I got back in my car, the rest of the food was already cold and soggy(it must have been assembled and jus seating for awhile) and fries was old too and lots are just pieces of crumps. Quality of food that no one can enjoy. What I don't understand is that when you check in, the app literally says "it will be served in 5 minutes." If such fast food can not make it to this time, do not put this on your app. I am a very patient person but over 6 times the wait that says in their app, with a child with me in the car is completely unacceptable. You guys need to work on your service and comply to your standard. And one more thing, why is this Mc Donald in particular doesn't include any ketchup to orders unless it's asked? Give your customers ketchup or whatever sauces that goes with their meal instead of customers asking all the time. Very...
