flat out refused to fix my drink after they messed it up & i got ignored twice. on another drink, i put no ice as usual expecting it to be filled to the top cause it always is. it came 1/2 full and i asked if theres any way they could fill it with like milk or something. they told me no because thats my issue for ordering with no ice. they then proceeded to offer me ice to make it full, which i didnt want obviously because i ordered no ice. service was a little rude and passive aggressive as they were talking to me which i don’t appreciate firstly because im a kid, second off i did nothing to be disrespectful & just requested my drink to be fixed and the other to be filled. to top it off, they put a stopper in my cold drink, which didnt fit and fell through the hole so it was just sitting in the liquid of my drink which is unsanitary, gross, and evidently not well thought through by whichever employee was making my drinks. most likely won’t be returning to this location as myself alongside my family did not find the experience pleasant or worthy of returning. i have social anxiety already and was contemplating asking them to correct my drinks. i did it in hopes they would be more polite and generous, but that definitely made me feel anxious and worse about speaking up for myself. update: just opened my sandwich and it was carelessly thrown in the bag which is almost falling apart. the sandwich isnt even put together and appears abnormally soggy....
Read moreI placed my order on the Starbucks app at this store for 2 drinks and 2 food items. My pick up time was after 9am. When I arrived only 1 drink and 2 food items were ready and an empty cup with the app sticker was there. When I asked about the empty cup, I was told they were out of the Breakfast Tea. I was frustrated and asked why it wasn't marked out, on the app? I was told they just ran out. I said I wanted a refund. I went to the register where a white girl with straight red hair asked me how I paid. I told her I used the app and asked her did she need to scan my app. She said yes. After she had scanned it, she said in a condescending tone, there you go just like nothing happened. I replied, now I have to go another Starbucks. She said sorry, and again with a condescending tone said have a nice day. I then said with anger, check your inventory. I never used any inappropriate words while in the store. I was wearing a mask the entire time so I generally speak louder when wearing one. I will never set foot in this...
Read moreIt a small local Starbucks that sits facing the street and is next to TOGOs. It's easy to find since it is right in the middle of Brookvale complex on Fremont Boulevard. You can see a fire station across the street and a gas station on the corner.
Pros: Lots of free parking outside, usually no long waits now that the kids are not in school; well staffed and clean. Still can't sit inside, unlike a few other Starbucks I've been to; they do have 2 tables with shade umbrellas outside. Cons: The store had rap music blasting (I like some rap, but not at an establishment or professional business playing hardcore rap); it seems like the baristas were a bit stressed even though there weren't a lot of customers; one customer didn't get their bagel order until she spoke up, my frap was messy with coffee dripping down the side, and the whip cream topping was a mess; 3 employees behind the counter but it seemed very disorganized; lastly and most importantly none of the employees smiled or...
