Went to the Fremont location today. Have lived in Fremont for 7 years. Go to Stillwells about once a week. I had a horrible experience with Juliet today. Have never gotten such bad attitude at an establishment as she gave me. Wow! Started ordering a quart of ice cream. Then realized my husband didn't know what he wanted. So I told the other young lady to wait on the people behind me because I wasn't ready afterall and didn't want to hold up the line. When I started ordering again I asked for something different and Juliet was very upset that I changed my mind. She said she already packed the quart I started ordering. I explained I didn't want it and had asked her coworker to hold on for my order and move to next peraon. Juliet was livid. I said I'm sorry you packed it already but I don't want it. That being the reason I said hold on. She said her coworker misunderstood me. I told her it wasn't that big of a deal. She said "Yeah well you're not the 1 who packed it!" Excuse me? As the manager of a business I would be very upset to hear 1 of my crew speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. Unacceptable. I will never return to any of Stillwell's establishments. One of the staff members named Juliet was noticeably rude, which immediately made me feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, another employee closed the service window to gossip with the first about my appearance and other personal details, which I could clearly overhear. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and self-conscious.
The lack of professionalism and the unkind behavior of the staff significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of respect and consideration, especially as a first-time customer. I hope management takes steps to address these issues and ensure that future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

I didn't want to complain in front of the other customers. I was trying to show some respect. So by the time I got my Sunday back it just really did not look good and I was really just frustrated. I asked for my money back in which I did get it back. And I could tell that the cashier was aggravated with the fact that I wasn't happy with my order are in all the way I was treated to be honest with you. I will never go back there again.
