Panda Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

This business has been established and opened for years. Have been meaning to stop by and try for quite some time. Here's my experiences so far:

04.22.2021 Placed an order online only to arrive and stand there. Finally someone comes up to window and asks how I placed my order, which I replied online. He explained that their internet is down. So I proceeded to place the order there only to be told that they only accept cash. I left.

04.28.2021 Still craving Chinese & thought I'd order to take to lunch following day. This time, I called. A lady answered and spoke very little and certainly broken English. I asked if they accepted credit card. I ordered chicken with broccoli lunch special. I asked if lunch special came with chicken fried rice & eggeoll. She said yes be ready in 10 minutes. I requested that my order be made spicy and confirmed that it came with fried rice and egg roll. She said yes, yes, 10 minutes and hung up. I picked up my order, refrigerated until today. Opened the bag, no egg roll and definitely not spicy. Could count on one hand how many small pieces of chicken. Needless to say, I was disappointed with what I received. It tasted well, for not...

I tried this place on Christmas day and if you have ever been to a good chinese place, you would know this is garbage food. The rice is something anyone could make but the almond chicken is the same chicken as the sweet and sour, except they just threw almonds over the chicken. Ive had frozen pf chang chicken from the store that was better than this food. The gravy was gritty and flavorless. i gave it a 2 star because it was open on Christmas and they were not charging an outrageous price. I am very impressed! Their food has improved since I lived in the beaches. We normally go to the little place in Carleton, only they are closed for the month. Today I ordered the family of 4 meal. It was SOOO much food! And they threw in a 2 litter of Pepsi. Their food has improved immensely since I moved from the area. And the egg rolls are some of the best I have had! I will be driving the extra distance to go here from now on. Not that the little place in Carleton is bad. I love them, but here the food here is better and the prices are...
