I have had only the worst experiences here, I don't ever write reviews but the service was so bad I am Forced by the Hands of justice to write a bad review. It's starts at the drive through, a man No, better yet a BOY named Samuel who I believe is the "manager" , took my order in the most Rude and unbelievably atrocious way. I told myself I'd never order here again..I thought maybe he had a bad day,... So I found myself here again and immediately regretted it. Here's why, I decided to dine in and witnessed him Yell At an Old couple for wanting ice cream. The old Lady was upset but spoke with her husband about it. Probably said what I said about never coming back. I Honestly don't know how he got the Job. I worked in the same position as him but at a much busier place . HE WAS RANTING AND CUSSING WORSE THAN A DRUNK BEATDOWN SAILOR ALSO THEY WERE VERY UNSANITARY THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. A GUY WHO COMES IN FOR THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT JUST CLOCKS IN AND TOUCHES ALL OVER THE FRIES AND BURGER TOPPINGS. IF I WAS THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO FIRE THE HELL OUT OF THIS GUY. believe me I would not normally feel this way about someones service, but you gotta see/hear it to believe it. He even made fun of one of his drive through customers who made a large order of about 45 bucks, he laughed and said "Damn! Dumasses could of ate at Dennys" . If I could I wouldnt give any damn stars. I deal with customers on a daily basis and this is completely unacceptable, Ill be sure to tell my friends and Family not to go there as long as he works there. Read moreI went into the drive thru with family today. It was around 1115, but there were only two vehicles behind us at the time.. When we got to the intercom to order, no one answered our "Hellos". After we waited about 5 minutes or more, staring at the intercom with no answer or response, so we decided to pulled up to the window to place our order. We were told by staff that we had to place an order at the window, pay for it, and go back around into the drive thru lane to get our food. When we requested to go to parking lot to wait, we were told by staff to go back into the drive thru lane to get our food. By this time the line was a lot longer and we waited for over 30 minutes to get our order. I've never heard of a fast food ever making their customers go back through a long lunch line to get an order already placed. It would've made more sense to have us go inside to wait or have us go wait in the parking lot instead. This made my family and I so frustrated and angry. I would rate a zero if I could.
