The restaurant itself was very clean, New, And nobody else was in the restaurant except me, so i love that it was not packed with people. The restrooms were very clean as well. It was updated with the newest products such as the digital soda dispenser. I would have given it 5 stars however my only issue was that location Doesn't seem to have too many customers so they should be overstocked with ketchup napkins etc. So for the 2 males I ordered they only gave me 2 napkins and 2 ketchup's and did not give me any sauce nor did they ask if I wanted sauce for the 6 piece chicken strips that I ordered and then when I asked for a sauce they made me feel like I was asking for a lot and when I asked for one more because it was a 6 piece she stopped right there and asked the other girl "how many are we supposed to give them when they get chicken strips?" as if I was asking for way too much. Read morePoor service! Went yesterday evening between 8-9pm. Lobby closed with no signs on the door, didn't answer the phone, very long and slow drive-thru line. I was in management so I understand being short-staffed from time to time. But it appears this location has a chronic, reoccurring staffing problem. I tried giving them other chances before posting a review but they've been pretty bad each time. By not having any signs saying the lobby was closed and no one answering the phone...its making me think there may be management issues. It's weird how some fast food locations have happy employees, able to keep the lobby and drive-thru open and other's just can't. In situations like this it appears you need really good/happy leaders to stabilize the crew. Maybe they need bonus/incentive programs to help balance the stress of the job. Read moreEasily the worst fast-food experience of my life. Me and my sons were the only ones sitting in the restaurant eating. There were probably 5 employees working in there that night. The food we received was AWFUL....Like it had set out for hours. The chicken nuggets I had were cold...Like colder than room temperature! How is that even possible? The spicy chicken sandwiches were not warm either...And the breading was thick and gummy (see photo). How in the world is this possible? Jack in the Box is traditionally a better-than-average chain....I will never go back to this location.
