The IG reels and pics lured me in, so I traveled across town to give this place a try. I arrived shortly past noon on Monday, March 4th and when I went to place my order, I was informed that they were sold out of almost everything. They open at 11 am!
I wanted the Brisket Grilled Cheese sandwich but it was not available, so I got the Tri-tip and was quite disappointed. Tough and super chewy. It felt like I was chewing a Now-or-Later - like I might lose a filling if continued and that's too bad. The sauce was good. Portions were generous and the guy taking the order was very personable.

The service was great the portions were decent and delicious. The brisket fell apart and had a good flavor. The tri-tip was good with a nice bark but a little heavy on salt on some spots. The meat was a little zippy as well as the brisket beans. We were caught off guard with the Hawaiian Mac salad which was really good. Overall, good taste n great service. Was it $28 a platter worth? Maybe not, but it was good. I would recommend a couple slices of white bread and a pickle and some pickled onions to bring...
Read moreOne of if not the best BBQ place in the area. The briskets were smoked to perfection. I had ordered the brisket over loaded fries, the brisket in burrito, and in a grill cheese. They don’t skimp on the portion sizes. Please look at the pictures posted. The burrito was loaded with a whole spicy sausage, Mac & cheese, rice, and beans. The grill cheese was stuff with the brisket and Mac & cheese. The loaded fries was so covered with brisket, Mac & cheese, and beans it took a few bites before we could get into the fries. Estevan who runs this place is really personable and welcoming. I will be back as often as possible and I would encourage others to come and be a...
