WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Their pho and rice plates are good, but they NEED to work on their customer service!! My husband and I went into to enjoy a rice plate and a bowl of pho and was not greeted. Then when we where seated the server name (Shoua) was rushing us to order and she already seemed like she was in a bad mood already but then she continued being rude and not say anything or check up on how are food was going. I guess I ordered the wrong plate and asked if I could get it switched to the right order and she was huffing and puffing while carrying it way from our table and she was talking to her other coworker about how I selected the plate from the menu I should just eat it. 😡 we didn’t say anything, at the end of our meal I went to pay and asked for boxes to go, she slammed the box’s on the counter and I asked if I could get two and she looked like she was so annoyed with me. I asked if I could speak to her manager and as I was talking to the manager, NOT HER about how Shoua shouldn’t treat customer that way because if it makes me feel uncomfortable I’m sure it makes a lot of the customers feel the same. But no, she was butting into the convo and was looking straight at me and was like “ ok, ok, whatever” and her manager did not say anything! She didn’t even apologize for how NASTY her server was acting so I said thanks and we left. They lost a loyal customer and probably will NEVER GO BACK. BEWARE OF THE...

So, I was waiting in line after ordering and I saw a cockroach. Just one, a single one. Another customer waiting to order saw it as well, but we both didn't say anything. I watched it crawl around on the ground near someone's pant leg. I didn't want to call attention to it because I didn't want to kill it or see it killed since I like bugs.

I also didn't want to embarrass anyone who worked there or disturb any customers who were already eating, so here is me letting you guys know. Please clean up your restaurant. I really like the sandwiches. The beef for our pho we ordered smelled a bit like feet as well. That's not to be rude, it's just an observation and it was a bit strange. I may not go back here. I'm sad...

Food is good, service is rarely. Many times I've come here I've felt unwelcome. One time I came in and opened the door for another customer who was asian. They were quick to give her smiling service before me and when they were done they went off to do other things without saying a word to me for at least 5 mins. It was 10 mins before i was able to pick up my food which was sitting on the counter getting cold (much like their service)

If your options are limited for pho, come here but don't stay.
