Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Fresno

I live in Sunnyside area. Thought I'd give this Ross a try. I won't be back. They're so unorganized, especially with talking over customers for personal gain which led to me being overcharged and I had to catch it. It was removed from the receipt. You can't take the baskets out and there's no one to take your bags to your car- so with three big bags of merchandise that I purchased right near loss prevention standing- he was witness I bought merchandise because of him talking constantly with the guy who rang me up --and he also seen me give The cashier the money he still had me open my bags At the door to check to see if the receipt was correct remember, I have three large Bags at this point, everything is falling out .// there is homeless in the area so you need to watch your back. This is no fault...

The store is new and staff is friendly and well-trained. The security guard "Welcomes you in" and checks receipts on your way out. I typically love finding cute seasonal items, trendy clothes and beauty products at Ross/Marshalls/TJMaxx. I'm sad to say, this location has a disappointing inventory. I was able to find what I needed for a couple gift baskets but I am hoping the quality will be improved as the store gets established. There are many potential shoppers who work in the area and this could be a convenient option for us to shop...

First time shopping here, I walked in and I wasn’t greeted but they greeted others. After shopping, I’m walking to check out, the cashier is ringing me up and the security guard sees me paying for my items. I’m getting ready to walk out of the store, I handed my receipt to the security guard before exiting and then she proceeded to look through all my bags like I stole something?… when she was literally standing there and obviously witnessed me paying for my items. I don’t like the vibe here and I won’t be coming back...
