KFC — Restaurant in Fresno

I am formally writing this review to state my curerent feelings towards this fast food, chicken based establishment. over all the food was not too bad and the service wasn't brilliant but it wasn't bad. Now this is where the good comments stop and the negative ones begin to roll out in this review. My displeasure for the telephone service of this establishment knows no bounds. I would like to state that i was left one the phone for ages waiting for a representitive to answer the telephone and tend to my enquiries, and not only was i left gob-smaked at the fact i was waiting an entire 2 minutes, but no-one answered and this what i'm concerned about. I went in as a delivery driver and had a terrible experience. I waited in the line because I noticed they were busy. When I get to the register they told me that they didn't know they had a delivery order and it's going to be a 10 minute wait, I tell them I'm okay with waiting, when a manager in the back just tells me to cancel the order so I don't have to wait. I go back in after waiting to get the order, they gave me the wrong soda, and I had to wait 10 more minutes for someone to give me the right soda. The employee at the drive up window listened patiently and allowed me to order without interrruption. This is a rare quality and I very much appreciate that . I asked which chicken was up fresh and she told me original. I ordered the original and it was fantastic. It moist, tender, juicy and hot. This is how it should always be served. I very much appreciate that. The Coleslaw was cold and fresh, mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and fresh, the macaroni and cheese was hot and fresh, even the biscuits were soft and moist.
