Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fresno

DO NOT order from this Fresno Pizza Hut! They used to have good service, but I haven't ordered from them in about 6 months. I guess they have a new group of people at this Pizza Hut, because there's no sense of urgency. After waiting 1.5 hours, I attempted to call this store and they put me on hold... then I waited and waited.... then they clicked over and asked me if I was ready to order (what the hell!). Well, it turns out when you call the store that's close to you, it goes straight to a call center that attempts to get in touch with the store you're trying to reach. After waiting 2.5 hours after making my initial order, a customer service rep from the call center took me off of hold and told me that my order had not left the Fresno store yet. I told him to cancel the order and that I would burn Pizza Hut on this review. I know there are other places to get a pie from (Pepperoni's, Pappa John's, Little Caesar's, etc.). Well... Tried to order a personal sized cheese pizza and the menu had it priced at $6.49 but the register was ringing it up for more. The cashier spoke to the manager about honoring the price. The manager refused and asked me was it because I didn't have the $1 or if I couldn't afford it. In the middle of me addressing her comment, she walked off to speak to another customer. She did return to me and I asked her for the corporate number, she refused. She told me to speak to her and I said I do not wish to speak with you any longer. As I was taking a picture of the advertised price, she tried to turn off the monitor.   I asked her to please give me her regional/district manager contact information, she said she could no do that that was against protocol. She finally wrote down a number and told me it was the corporate number. I asked for her name and she walked off and went into her office. The cashier let me know her name is Ms. Marcia. This used to be a great store to order from but oh how things have changed over the last year. I just ordered a pizza and when I got my confirmation email delivery time said it would be 5:45 a.m. WHAT? I ordered it at 7:46 p.m. When I tried to call all I got is the stupid call center. She agreed that didn't make any sense but all she could suggest is to do pick-up instead of delivery. There is apparently no way to contact the store directly. She said she would send message for manager at the store to call me. Nada! So I call the call center number again after about another 10-15 minute waiting. Speak to a guy this time. I told him why did my delivery time say 5:45 a.m.? He could give me no answer. Call center people are the worst. Don't know how to think outside the box. I told him to cancel my order since they can't give me any better answer than that. Very frustrating and horrible customer service...
