Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

It had been a while since I have been to jack in the box so I was ready to pick up a quick snack after getting off of work but this location beyond the worst fast food restaurant in Fresno. I do understand they will continue to receive local customers because it is quick and easy access but this location is not even treating its own community with respect and curiosity. Hell the community is the only reason why the location is still surviving. If any one ready this I urge you to eat else where. I ordered online and arrived 20 minutes before restaurant access but decided to drive thru. I place an order and proceeded to pull up then pay and pick up my mobile order. I then asked was everything in the bag in which the young lady replied yes. I drove around and parked so I could check my order and find out I was missing half of my order. I pulled to the front door to enter but it was locked but was greeted but young children to whom I had to tell “I am missing half my order”. The young child then ran to the counter to tell whom ever in which the child told me to pull around. After 10 minutes of waiting for an order they was not fulfilled I was greeted by a typical attitude like I did something wrong but was just only waiting for my order that I paid for. The “typical” was aggressive and angry and then tried to charge me for condiments that were placed in the online order. Locals of Fresno please drive 5 minutes down the road if you want jack in the box this location...

There's this " manager" who thinks she owns the place , horrible person, I read all this comments and I know they are referring to her, the first time we went in , my 8 year old son and I, we waited like 20 minutes, I'm not used to wait 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant, I came to ask is my order ready yet? That useless individual yelled at me didn't you see that I just walked in? I can understand she didn't know how long I waited, but she doesn't deserve a job where she interacts with costumes, and to make it worst, my food was ready right in front of me, so I asked another lady I think that's my sons order can you check? And it was, as she was approaching the counter to give me the food this stupid woman grabbed the bag and through it at me like she was feeding dogs I yelled at her don't touch my food, she yelled back go away! Get out of my store, I looked back and say your store? She said yes go away , get out!! Yelling in front of everybody like if sha had something to prove, that is a very ignorant person and it's been there...

We arrived at at 2:14 p.m. and placed our order. We got our food at 2:59 pm. I would have left but I was blocked in plus, I wasn't in a rush to be anywhere and figured with this long of wait, my food would be fresh. I was very wrong. Everything was ice cold. It makes absolutely NO sense at all. I counted 5 staff members. How on Earth did we just wait almost an hour and our food not be hot. We only had two cars ahead of us.

Then the icing on the cake, our drinks ( sweet teas) had this heavy foam floating in top. What on Earth are they doing at this location?

I called to let them know we needed our money back or our food remade but no one answered. I finally decided to toss the food but at least wanted fresh drinks, but we had to sit in that horrible line again. It is now 3:21 and we are just now getting fresh drinks, with only one car ahead of us.

The manager wouldn't even speak to me about it so I gave up. Not worth it...just a lessons...
