Food: The food was ok. Lacking spices. The chili Verde buritto was bland.

Service: The younger staff are very nice. The female possible owner was not so nice. She refused to give me a cup of water unless I paid 50 cent's. I had ordered and paid for a burrito to go at their outside walk up window. It was over a hundred degree weather outside on June 16th, 2019. I told the employee at the window that I didn't feel good due to the heat and I needed water because I felt I was dehydrated and felt dizzy. I told him I would drink sink water from a small cup if necessary. I didn't have 50 cent change on me at the moment. He asked his grandma, who I believe is one of the owners. But she said no. I would need to pay regardless if I was feeling sick or not. That really disappointed me in their service. I felt I was stereotyped as a homeless person asking for a free handout. I was a paying customer. I felt so weak that I had to pull out a $5.00 bill to pay for the 50 cent cup of water which the employee brought to me at the window without me agreeing to the price yet. He returned with my $4.50 change. He said they had no dollar bills, so he gave me $4.50 in quarters. I wonder what could have happened if I didn't have anymore money and no water to lower my body temperature. Heat stroke possibility. I believe this business needs to be educated in customer service regarding health issues...

Came here for lunch and the food was good. Everyone liked their food and said it was tasty. We had to wait a little longer than usual but saw people waiting way longer than we did after we came in and got a table. The server was nice but the place started to get busy and I felt like it was too much for one person. She forgot to take us the chips and salsa while we waited for our food. She also forgot that I ordered my menudo without pata and there was one in my bowl. The place could be a little cleaner and I don’t like that they have fly traps on windows in view of the customers. Ig it’s better then them flying around and getting on the food but there’s better ways to deal with it or to place the traps. The restrooms can use some maintaining and one stall was missing toilet paper. Overall the place is good and can get five stars if they hire...

Very bland. Shredded beef enchilada; meat was gray and flavorless. Chicken enchilada; cubed and should have been shredded also bland. Sour cream and guacamole not included had to pay extra wow really? Guacamole was not guacamole but just a mashed avocado with way too much cayenne pepper thrown in. Waited longer for those two sides than for the order itself. The inside looks like a hospital cafeteria. I wouldn't go back unless I had to use the...
