Read moreWe've only been here on 3 occasions. The first being a choice which we decided then that the service was poor. We also thought that it was accidental that our order came back wrong. The other 2 times coming here I didn't feel like driving to our favorite Romeos location (would've been worth the drive) we received no eye contact. It was like taking our order was the last thing they wanted to do. Again, they got our order wrong. I even repeated it.

As far as the staff, they are stuck up and snooty. They think they can remember your sandwich order when you tell them but every time I get home, my sandwiches are never made right! They need to learn to use the pen and paper and to read how we want our food made! I won’t be returning. Don’t the owners read...
