I love the bead here and have been buying my bread here since I was small. I placed my first order of 200 breads for Valentine's day for my students. The first problem I ran into was when I went to pick up the order, they wanted to charge me more than I was originally quoted. Spoke to the owner and she tried to tell me the person who took my order was new, but I go there twice a week for bread and the lady who took my order has been there for a while (months). I told the owner that and she ended up leaving the original price. I left happy but then I ran into my second problem. A lot of the kids were throwing their bread away. Out of curiosity, I tried the bread just to make sure it wasn't the bread and maybe they didn't like it. I had ordered mini conchas, elotitos, cuernitos, and the chocolate chip cookies. Well come to my surprise, the conchas were really stiff. I tried a few, and had the same problem... like they had just given me the ones they had not sold the previous days. I told them I would pick up the bread up on the 13th in the afternoon (at 4 pm) so I could pass it out the next morning... they should not have not been that stiff, or stiff at all. Every time i buy bread there it'll last me a few days before they begin to feel stiff. I placed my order a week in advance so I would not run into this problem. The other breads were okay, but weren't as fresh as the bread that is sold daily. It really upset me as customer who's family has alway been coming here... I didn't like being lied to and then not having a fresh order for...

We needed a FNAF cake last minute when all other plans failed... Not only did they do the cake way better than we expected. The taste of the cake was better than I could have imagined. It was a milk chocolate cake and it was light and delicious not heavy like some cakes can be.. Now I'm sitting over here trying to find any reason to go back for a cake.. The price was amazing too. I got a 2 layer cake (I choose no filling but the prices come with a filling) 10 inch size round and it was $65. No charge for last minute or anything. I think I'll make my own holiday so I can go get a cake......

Very disappointed in this place , i placed an order of their little bread i asked for conchas and cuernitos ,the day we had to pick up i was told they forgot to make my order so they gave the person that picked up whatever they had when he got to the venue o surprise they gave him the hardest bread they could have ever had im guessing it was leftover bread from days .no one in the venue eat the bread 😢 and we had to throw it to the garbage. I called to complain and the person who answered only told me sorry i did what my boss told me to do smh !! . Never...
