Edited: I have since gone back and told them about my experience and have ordered it Spicy Birdz Hot every single time since then, and every single time I've gotten the mouth burning experience I've been looking for 😍🤤 thank you so much! I think there really was just some miscommunication here, the Spicy Birdz Hot is definitely not for someone who doesn't like spice or can't handle heat well.

"I ordered a lone tender just to try it, the size was really good but there was a lot of batter, flavor was decent but I ordered it at the hottest level and... Hot Cheetos are spicier. I was super disappointed with the level of heat at what is apparently the spiciest level. I don't know why but I also assumed there would be a spicy sauce on it but it was just seasoned. Good for people who think black pepper is spicy, or Pepperonis. Not for people who actually like spice... I feel like they might've forgotten...
