Found out that it was a scam. Woman stated that she owned the apartment. So I went to see it she was demanding payment before application and showing me the apartment. I was legally advised to not ever pay upfront fees if you haven't met or seen the property. They were 100%correct! As it turned out the apartment was occupied by a woman and her dog. She was upset and said that it was her property and she never had any intention to sell or lease. So I have her the copies of the communications that I had and understand that she is taking legal actions against them if they can catch them. Too many scammers on the Facebook sites. Also, yes you can occasionally hear your neighbors through the walls, but I have lived in many apartment complexes and it's the same in...
Read moreTuscany Villas is an awful place to live. The condo is built so cheap that you can hear the neighbors talking at a normal level. The insulation is awful. The heat from the garage comes into the residence. You can smell the neighbors smoke or food from your unit. The parking is a MESS. There are no where near enough stalls for 2 vehicles per household. One in the garage (supposed to happen) and one in another stall. ALSO BEWARE.... The HOA President calls to have your vehicle towed for "parking" in the fire lane where there are no fire lanes. The HOA feels that they dont have to mark or designate where the fire lanes are at but can call them fire lanes. Makes no sense. I would stay away from this...
