Last week I was visiting my brother in Friendsville and went here for an iced caramel latte. I placed my order and waited about 10 minutes before given a hot latte. The barista was apologetic and remade it iced for me but the next one she made was the wrong size (I ordered the larger size and was given the smaller) at that point I’d been there about 20 minutes and couldn’t ask for another, took the smaller size and left without saying anything.
