Mornings Kolaches — Restaurant in Friendswood

I have never been to Mornings Kolaches. Got some coupons in the mail for a FREE kolache. I tried to use the Ranchero coupon and was told we are out of those so you will have to buy whatever you want. So I tried the Jellpeno coupon (or whatever its called) and was told that they no longer carry it but the Clear Lake store might. So I tried the Boudain coupon and was told we are out of those. So finally I tried my last coupon, ham and cheese. Miraculously they had it. Honestly not very good. Did they put the ham in a blender? Threw all the coupons away and won't return. I'll stick to Shipley's. Theses people need to learn customer service. Note to management: if you are out of something replace it with something else. Not sure how this place has...

I am a frequent customer I eat allot from establishment and lately it has came To my attention which I tried to avoid in different ways leaving nasty comments but I can’t hold back Anymore these kolaches sir no good. I see the drastic changes in the kolaches they are not what they used to be. There are skimpy, underfilled & dry and this is not acceptable me and my coworkers will not be purchasing ANY kolaches under these circumstances and hardships that y’all might be going threw I know that this might be an inconvenience to u but it is as well to me myself and others with all due respect please fix it because when I do decide to comeback and ain’t no change ill take my money...

*UPDATE - I was charged for a small milk when I asked for additional salsa and even told the lady that, "yall used to not charge for that". I have attached a photo of the second charge on my card..So, Your employees are not properly charging or not charging your customers...you can't tell me they never charge for salsa when I was charged.

Have never liked anything here other than they have tacos in a drive thru. After being charged $0.95 for extra salsa for their dry tacos, I wont be going back. I'll go to the Mexican restaurant next door and get all the salsa I want for their tacos. They offer...
