The quality and taste of the items at this hotel are extremely poor. Even the tea and snacks are of very low quality and taste. I strongly advise against wasting your money on food here. It seems like there is no proper food inspection taking place. The staff also appears to be unproductive. I visited twice and discussed with other friends, and surprisingly, everyone shared the same negative feedback. I urge the management to stop serving frozen food and misleading customers. They should prioritize using fresh and high-quality ingredients. Anyone who gave a 5-star rating likely worked as part-time assistants at this shop. They’ve even posted pictures taken from behind the counter in their reviews. It’s a clear reflection of the owner’s low-class mentality to pressure these workers into leaving positive ratings. I have visited this restaurant in the evening for live pani puri. There were two workers at the register. I think the person who served is ‘Kiran’. The menu shows the pani puri is $6.99 but they said it is $8, when they charged $17.30 for two plates. The pani puri taste is worst that I have never tasted. The water they used is very cool and we can’t eat. I didn’t expect this kind of taste especially in Texas. The worker Kiran is very inactive and looks like irresponsible and doing something on phone and not even looking at customers. He is Serving the food with left hand and literally throwing the puri in the plate.

The owners should really take care of their restaurant and observe how workers are receiving and serving the food to the the customers. If this continues no one would come to...

Will not be eating here ever. Front end workers all 3 of them did not even wash hands before starting their work when they came for their shift. First rule of food handling ( Serve Safe Course) Every worker has to wash hands before starting work especially when handling food. We waited 10-12 minutes at the counter for 4 people standing there to take our order. They took order only after I mentioned we are waiting las 10 minutes here. I was told we are waiting to finish pending orders. No one wore gloves or had hats to avoid hair falling into the food. They are just spoiling Rajulas...
