Quality: Ordered a family pack paneer biriyani; happen to see the biriyani is filled only with spicy sauce, spice soaked paneer and less proposition of rice, I had a little biriyani from this tray and immediately started having stomach burning issues; I particularly notified them during the order that I need medium spice, but their medium spice level is terrible filled with masala throughout the tray! Price: Very expensive for this item; frisco has so many better places that serves fresh biriyani; I went here based on the Google reviews which is completely misleading. 1. complained to the restaurant and someone called me, said they prepared based on the spice level what the Andra people eats; they never asked that I am from Andra or telangana before I place the order; and I never knew it’s a food prepared for only Andra people( I love Hyderabad biriyani , this one won’t come even close to call Hyderabad biriyani) 2. Other restaurants offers starters and sweet appetizers as part of their family pack biriyani ; this one is priced as equivalent or more than other competitors in Dfw; yet the quality is zero Not a good food and I would not recommend anyone to risk their tummy or their family members health by having food here

Varahi Indian kitchen was just opened in March 2024 as a restaurant serving Indian food crafted from generations of taste. The people are warm and welcoming and the food was exceptionally good and tasty. The decor is clean and this restaurant is geared towards food pick up but does offers dine in for folks who would love to grab a quick bite or dinner I tasted the vegetable puff, special samosa chat, Omania biscuit, Gobi Manchurian, paneer dosa, ghee podi dosa, special and basundhi! I loved the paneer tikka masala so much that I got an additional box to take home. They have live chat, live dosa and party catering too. They make the jangri and Jalebis fresh and tastes yummy. I love their fresh snacks , variety in the menu and their paneer dishes. You need to definitely check this place out!

Family pack chicken boneless briyani original price is 50$ Quantity - quantity is very good and good amount of chicken as well Taste - briyani overall tastes good. Not spicy and good mix of gravy and rice. Food feels fresh as well which is a huge plus. Value for money - for a family pack, we do not get a starter and desert for 50$ which is a deal breaker. We can buy 3 chicken briyani for the same price and gotten more quantity and choices. For this reason I do not recommend buying family packs here. But otherwise food and service is good. Edit in review - I had a portion of briyani next day morning and for the first time in all the DFW Indian restaurants, food and chicken tasted good next day which shows the briyani they serve is genuinely fresh which is a huge plus !!!

I stopped by today for breakfast. I am not happy with the service. I ordered tea and it was cold. All the other restaurants provide 2-3 chutneys for the tiffins but these guys provide only one and that too very small serving, in tiny cups. For the orders we placed and chutneys . We ordered two plates of dosas and idlis, they give are very small quantity. Don’t recommend for breakfast. Service is not good. Their curry combos are okay. Will not recommend for anything else.

Update : Just an FYI - You havent started preparing my order and I waited for 20-30 minutes once I am at restaurant. Don’t tell you wasted preparing a dosa and give wrong information here. I watched while it is made, I already first checked and asked the person at counter if togo ordered dosas are prepared and when it was said not started yet , I requested to get other breakfast . If you don’t know check with your staff. You guys need to prepare accordingly when you are getting more orders , it was the mistake...

The food in this place is horrible! I was so happy when they open since I live right behind this place. However, I am willing to drive to get food that does not try to kill me after a few hours.

I love Indian food, and I was ready to try this place when they open. The first experience was horrible, but I thought it was because they still learning the process of serving food. However, we have tried this place more then one time and every single time the food is just horrible.

We tried the jalebi last because we were craving something sweet, and NEVER in my entire life I have tried such a horrible jalebi. It tasted and if the had fried it in rancid oil and the color and taste were awful. We have also tried the Andhara curry and goat curry and both were bad, and one of those gave us food poisoning.

Service is okay, but they are extremely pushy for reviews. I do not recommend this place and I will not...
