an update on this place, Ashley a so called manager has gone on a social media page due to me posting a post since the owners couldnt call and rectify my order which i was very unhappy about. She has posted lies and wasn't even working. The BUZZ deleted me and my rebuttal and facts/ proof because he must be getting kick backs from them. JASON KRAFT told me who could care less after people (computer trolls) are targeting my business based on me giving a review on my experiance with this place, trying to help others review the lack of order form and confirm when placing a IN PERSON ORDER! He also deleted the post where over 200 people stated they had similar issues with Beverly's. I would Suggest Maria and Morgan the owners take lead and not allow employees to respond on their behalf. I was never looking for anything free but there is a bunch more to the story that is too much to post and not looking to bash them but will cotinue telling my story anywhere and everywhere, if they took the time to call me back after my multiple calls they would find out and hopefully it was to help them and future clients, but instead they dont care which i will continue to post where i can. Ashley especially for the defamation i have recieved for my personal business, the lies and threats i have gotten. everything could have been resolved if the business owners did what is right. instead i still got a cake that was not ok nor was i happy with due to the girl who took the order had not a clue how to write up an order. I have been in the wedding industry for 16 years. Professionally planning weddings for others. This fall, I got to be a Bride myself. With many years of experience, it was easy to choose who I wanted bakery wise. Getting to be a Bride with Beverly’s Bakery confirmed why I send my Bride’s there. Cake is a big thing in my family. My Grandmother and Mom are in the baking industry and have had cake be apart of every special occasion in our family. My bar for cake is rather high. My now Husband and I met with Maria to do the cake tasting and design - it was the sweetest thing ever! It was one of our favorite parts of planning the wedding. Such a special experience. You can tell that cake, and people are Beverly’s Bakery’s passion too. I even got to meet the magic makers who bake the cakes – they have an amazing team of ladies. It was so much fun tasting their different cakes, fillings, buttercreams and their design + kindness were top notch. I had a small vintage picture of my Grandma decorating the cake for my Mom & Dad’s wedding and asked that the cake have a similar style. i have patronized beverlys best bakery for 20 years..In the beginning the service was excellent. Now that they have grown they have so many rules and are so unwilling to work with failthful customers. i am so sick of the tone and the treatment especially from the daughter who took over the bakery. Perhaps when you get so big you have to become rigid and so full of rules that it makes the whole experience unpleasant. I have even noticed that their cakes are turning out very dry. Just called to change the cake flavor on a cake i ordered. I didn't know that you must give them a 48 hour notice if you want to make a change. i called 42 hours before the pick up time and i was too late. I asked if the cake had been made already and they said no but it was set up???? what does that mean? so i can't have white cake instead of chocoate. If they have already made the cake then that would explain why the cake's have been dry lately. couldn't they make an accomodation. come on. really!...
