Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fulton

Worst place ever! They were out of everything at supper time! Ordered 6 pizzas and two family orders of bread sticks which were not given at the time my sister picked them up. It was a $76 dollar order. Didn't even get my order right and ended up having to drive back to pick up the bread sticks that they failed to give me along with 8 garlic sauces that weren't even bagged up with my order. The lady working at the counter seemed to have had a problem giving me a refund of any kind. Also when you called their store...you got hung up on. Very unprofessional and very understaffed... I live out of town and Fulton is my hometown and I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut pizza but whenever I come back home I will definitely either travel the distance and go to Papa John's or I'll stick with Dominos who hasn't failed me at all. Tried to give you guys a shot but that'll definitely be the last time I order anything from there. I believe when you're out of everything including Pizza at a pizza joint.... you should probably shut...

Don’t go over there to dine in past 6:00, they’ll tell you the dining room is closed. They waited until we came in & sat down before they told us the dining room was closed. We were even told they were sold out of everything, yet, they were in the kitchen making food. If the dining room is closed, the door should be locked or a sign on the door. And anytime you do get to dine in, refills won’t happen. I do not know how they stay open. I try to give them the benefit of a doubt & am let down every...

Yummy Edit::: so I ordered online and some how the app messed up and it still charged my card so I called the local pizza hut and asked if my order went through they told me they couldn't see my order on the screen so I asked for a refund and they could not do it so I had to call corporate to get a refund.
