Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gadsden

The big rude guy everyone is giving a one star reviews name is Jason . I know because I called corporate and his boss on him .

He has been rude to me several times in the past but no big deal until I was in there with my daughter . He stared out the window and purposely ignored me while I gave him my 25 dollar order . Of course by him ignoring me he got the order wrong. When I corrected him he slammed my pizza down and slid it to me in his normal horrible attitude.

Enough is enough so I told him " you want to be a smart butt to me I can be a smart butt back , if you want respect give respect ". I didn't say butt but you get the idea .

He jumped up told me I couldn't curse in the store and threatened to call the cops if I returned . So I called corporate I called his boss . His boss as well as his fellow employees all said he has had many many complaints on him. The manager offered me my meal for free , I declined as I didn't want it to seem like I was only after free food with my complaint . Anyway she told me I was always welcome and that Jason would be dealt with . If he is indeed dealt with I will change this to a 5 star review as the rest of the staff went out of there way to provide me with contact information for supervisors and they apologized to us greatly . This guy one didn't have his name tag on his shirt . That's a violation of their handbook (I read it ) . He was also un kept had a 4-5 days beard growth also a violation of their employee handbook . As well as many complaints and he was rude to me and a whole lot of others do the right thing . However if they continue to allow this man to belittle customers I will spread this to anyone and...

Came in to grab a pizza on the way home from work and wow was i shocked by what i saw. Patiently waited at the front counter for roughly 10 minutes while the entire staff did their best to avoid eye contact with me or greet me which gave me time to look around. For starters there are flies and insects EVERYWHERE. I've never seen so many bugs in any establishment, food or otherwise. Every surface in the place was filthy, the floors, counter tops, glass. Everything was covered in grease and dirt. Especially the floors. The health dept rating is not readable from where the customers are standing, for good reason I'm sure. If I were in the mood for little ceasers in the future (which I seriously doubt I will be after this) i would drive miles out of my way to go to literally any other location besides this one. If they were shut down by the health department in the coming days or weeks, i would not be remotely surprised. Honestly they need to be, atleast until they get the bug situation straightened out because you know they are laying eggs everywhere...

Currently waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes for a couple hot and ready pizzas. It is like this at the gadsden location EVERY SINGLE TIME. Why? What happened to the pizza being hot and ready. Without the convenience of being able to stop and grab pizza for dinner quickly what is the real purpose of your business model? because there are pizza places at comparable prices that aren’t tied to insane wait times. This town knows this, everyone one talk about it on Social Media. I don’t want anything but for someone to see this and make whatever changes needed to make this location great like it used to be. Anytime you walk in the employees act like you are invisible, like they could care less to be there, and you aren’t worth their time. Drive thru is worse you will sit for half an hour before they come to the window and then they act like you are an annoyance to them and interrupting their work gossip.
