Carniceria Tapatia Inc/Supermarket AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD/TAQUERIA AUTENTICA — Restaurant in Gainesville

Today October 11, 21. I made a purchase at carniceria tapatia in Gainesville Georgia. I bought a pack of Frozen grandules beans and 2 chicken tamales. I went home and began to eat one of the tamales and to my surprise there was a small rubber band cooked into the chicken. I immediately return it and showed to the Cashier who sold it to me. She became angry at me and told me in an aggressive tone to move to the side after I requested to see the Manager. As I waited for the manager she began talking to another customer she was cashing out then she turned around and looked at me and began laughing. I told it was not funny to laugh about the toxic food she served me. The manager appeared, I showed him the tamale with the rubber band and also let him know the cashier was talking about me to another customer and was laughing. I also expressed when I first made the purchase how she was very rude and kinda shoved the food at as if she hated to serve a Black woman. I also said she was wrong for her negative attitude toward me. He apologized and gave the money back for the tamales I returned. He did not give back my receipt, I had forgotten to ask for it so I called him and asked him to text it to me, he said no problem he will right away. He did not, so I called several times but no one answered the phone, the third time I called my phone number was blocked, but anyway I was able to pull up the receipt on my visa card app. I have picture of the tamales and a video of...

I normally have a good experience at meat market but I went in today after not being there since the pandemic and they have changed. I initially ordered 3 lbs goat - something I’ve ordered many times over the years but the butcher didn’t weigh it where I could see it so when I got it - it didn’t look or feel like 3 lbs - he says yes it’s 3 lbs so I order two more pounds again he didn’t put on scale on top of counter. Shame on me for trusting them to be honest and double shame on them for cheating me. I weighed product on my own meat scale - still in their tied red bags and a friends meat scale immediately when I got home - only 5 minutes away and my 5 pounds of goat at 9.09/lb is only 3 lbs. I don’t know if they did it because I’m not Hispanic or what cause they weighed all the Hispanic customer items in front of them but I will never shop there again and all others consider...

I placed an order for delivery. It was a slow process and took a good while to receive my food. It wasn't cold though. And the food is so good and well worth waiting for! Spent twenty bucks and gota cheeseburger meal two amazing tacos and hot wings and fries. $20 delivery minimum to come to my house but I'd easily spend that for a medium Pizza and wings. The amount of food is great. Also REAL FOOD! most fast food has terrible meat hamburger patties. This burger was so good and real the fries are very real the chicken tastes great and isn't dry from over cooking it. First time getting delivery and I'll definitely be using them again. Real food is hard to find and I mostly enjoy eating at home...
