We walked inside to place an order just a little past 8PM. I let the worker know I was going to be getting 5 “Bigger Plates” 4 with noddles and orange chicken only and 1 with noodles, 2 orange chicken and 1 beef and broccoli. She let me know they did not have any orange chicken at all and there were only enough noodles for 2 maybe 3 plates. I looked at the steam table and there were only 4-5 items to choose from and not a single one of them was full enough to fulfill my order. I asked if there was anyway to make more food even if I had to buy an extra plate or so to avoid waste and she told me no, the fryers are turned off and the kitchen is closed and being clean up.
I feel that if you’re going to close the kitchen down an hour before closing (Apparently this is routine for wednesdays I was told) you should at least modify your hours on the door and online to avoid people like us who drove 30 minutes to grab dinner.
I’m sure there’s a reason why you choose to do it this way, which I’m assuming is to avoid having to stay too long after closing, but it’s really an inconvenience...
Read moreI arrived an hour before closing and was informed that they were out of almost everything. When I tried to order my food, I was told they only had one serving left of the item I wanted, even though I had planned to order two. I decided to proceed with my order anyway, but after paying, they informed me they were completely out of the item I ordered. I asked if I could cancel my order and take my business elsewhere, but they told me I couldn’t because it was “too hard to cancel orders.” They assured me they would have my food ready in 10 minutes. I then asked if they could make two orders so I could get what I originally wanted, but they said they couldn’t take orders through the window. When I offered to go back around, they still refused, saying they wouldn’t make more than one serving. After sitting in my car for 30 minutes, I still hadn’t received my food. Meanwhile, they locked the inside of the restaurant and watched as 16 separate people tried to enter the lobby, only to be met with a locked door or an employee telling them they...
Read moreI placed a large catering order for my company on Wednesday to pickup on Friday. They asked that we bring it to their location written down on paper for them instead of taking our order over the phone- no big deal. They then asked to put a card on file to pay for the order- again, no big deal, I understand. Fast forward to Friday, I sent a coworker to pickup on my behalf and the employee requested payment, we explained that we had a card on file. The employee then tells us that another cashier took a photo of the credit card 2 days prior and they weren't working & they had no way of using the card "on file". So after 3 trips to the store- 1 to bring a written order, 1 to pickup & another trip to bring the same card back to the location & now a random employee has my credit card on her phone... so frustrating! Also, when we arrive to pick up the order placed 2 days in advance, they were out of orange chicken & we had to wait for it to be made. The food was good- just very unorganized &...
