Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gainesville

I'm not sure if the service is struggling or incompetant. I placed a order on Aug.1st, to be picked up in the portal at around 5:40pm, and said my order would be ready between 6:03-6:08pm. I get there, they asked my name multiple times, told them what I ordered multiple times, and gave me the wrong order twice. Mind you, I always check my order before I leave. After the second time, and it was roughly 6:20pm, over 10 minutes late, I was fed up and requested a refund. I got my refund receipt, and went somewhere else. I also wanted to point out there was a dirty, greasy, disgusting box fan sitting on the front counter, IN FRONT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I've seen other problems with this store in the past, but honestly, I'm considering never giving my business to this location again. It's a shame too, because I live so close. Get it together, and do better next time, because there may never be...

Crappy customer service

I just had finished buying groceries and I was very hungry. I stopped at this location and went to the drive-thru window. There was a girl inside mopping the floors. She looked up and saw me because a bell goes off when someone pulls into drive-thru. I thought she would come right over, they weren't busy but the girl just kept mopping the floor. I waited about 3 minutes and then I knocked on the glass.of the drive-thru, I had frozen goods I needed to get home. The girl stops mopping, looks right at me and just throws her hand up telling me to hold on. I just left, I don't know where they find their employees but that was terrible customer service. Always has terrible service. Always have to wait for hot-n-ready pizza to get cooked. Rude employees and management. I ordered two extra most bestest and was told that my card didn't cover the cost of the pizza. So I left and called my bank and they said that it went through. So iretuI ret to the store and asked for my pizzas and was told that I had been refunded. I called my bank today and was told that I wasn't refunded. So I went back to the store and spoke to the manager same as last time and showed her proof of payment and was still denied the pizza.
