I haven't eaten at a waffle house in a while as there is always that one waffle house that isn't quite up to par. Not this one! We came here for Lunch today as I was craving breakfast foods and we were not disappointed. My husband and I both ordered the all-star breakfast meal, my eggs sunny side up and his eggs fried. Both delicious. The eggs were just how I like them, the toast was perfect, cheese grits were amazing, waffle was made just right. I was very happy with our service. Jamaica was our server and brewed a fresh pot of decaf for me with a smile on her face. I don't like making people go out of their way to make something just for me but when my husband mentioned I was pregnant, she wouldn't accept my protests and brewed a pot of decaf without another word. Our Christmas Day visit was met with a sweet server who took our and got most of the food right for our family of five. She checked on us and had the wrong items corrected. Our problem with the store was that our food was luke warm. On top of that three servers talked about sick they currently were and how two had fevers. One staff member was coughing a lot and coughed on the waffle makers and did not clean up the waffle makers or wash her hands. Thankfully my niece already had her waffle.
