Brookside Coffee — Restaurant in Galion

As far as I am aware, the owners of this building also own the DK's now. I may be mistaken on that as a matter of fact. I'm sure I am well but it's just the room where I've picked up around town so maybe there's the truth behind it? I don't know but anyways to my review the way it might have been a minute but it was more than worth it. I stopped in for the first time today having to run a little late because of a doctor's appointment. I ordered a very delicious small caramel frappe the richness of the coffee, the flavor of the caramel. And just yeah, I'm going to be dramatic and say the flavor can't be described unless you actually order one. It's that stinking good. It blends very well and like everybody else in town you're not getting chunks of ice in you drink. It's very well mixed. It's just out of this world. It's amazing you can come here. Get a small for the price of a large anywhere else in town and still end up with a better value. You literally do get more bang for your buck which is a nice refreshing change of pace. Considering most days you just don't have the money or the time to stop somewhere and treat yourself. So if I actually feel like you're hitting the value and know that you're hitting the value is really appreciated. I also got a sausage and cheese biscuit. The sausage could stain to have a little more flavor, but it's not bad. Sandwich overall was pretty good, just not as good as the coffee LOL. I will definitely be back when I can get my butt dragged out of bed early enough to get in and actually get another frappe or maybe just a plain old black coffee. They are definitely options which I can also appreciate. The only thing I can doll a little bit was the wait time, but you know what. It's more than worth it because I don't like McDonald's or Tim Hortons and a good bite to eat. I will recommend everybody stops here at least once. You will not be disappointed.

I came on the soft opening day and then came back the next day (today) on the actual opening day. Caitlyn remembered my drink that I got yesterday and was very pleased to make it even though she hasn’t made my drink before and let me tell you it was amazing I came at 5:30pm they close at 6pm and I ordered a total of 9 drinks they didn’t skip a beat or even looked overwhelmed about making 9 drinks on top of going outside to take orders from the cars behind me! This is not only a very professional coffee shop but it’s also a welcoming feeling when they take your order and a big order on the first day of opening. Caitlyn you did amazing and as well as the rest of your team making 9 drinks of mine plus cars behind me and didn’t skip a beat! I will always come...

Idk if I can adequately express our opinion just right. But my wife and I are coffee fanatics. Honestly... We've tried local coffee shops before because people rave bout em claiming better than Starbucks. But they tasted like fancy water with a touch of teaspoon of coffee in it. I think they were in denial.

NOT Brookside!!!!! They're the real deal. Coffee tastes bold and smooth. The fancy specialty coffees compliment the coffee instead of taking away from it. Get a delicious special brew and you'll still taste the bold smooth coffee while you're taste buds thanks you for trying something unique!
