Cameron and Dawn were very kind. I met Auntie Anne at church in ocean city. I never had her pretzels . Today at exit 41 on gsp nj it was wonderful. Cameron Said I'm making fresh pretzel nuggets . Be done in 8 mins. Neither met Auntie Anne .They had great attitude.cameron said I will wait on going on break till this lady comes back. That's Customer service. This is lunch

My wife and I stopped to grab a bite. As we arrived there was nothing available. My wife asked if they have pretzel dogs. The attendant said, can you see the showcase? He also said it in a very snarky and mean way. My wife then asked how long will it take? The guy didn’t even feel like to answer that question as my wife then walked away, furious, and frustrated and rudely treated. The reason why I’m writing this review is due to the poor customer service and this is not how anyone should ever be treated. This is disgusting and...

Sunday at 2:00 pm Garden state parkway Atlantic City rest stop . Place is hopping. Lines at all the fast food stores . EXCEPT for Auntie Anne's. One dried up pretzel with 3 flies stuck to it and one lazy a** employee. How long until a fresh bunch come out ? 2 hours. Im the only one here. Now...I travel the parkway weekly from north to south jersey. Auntie Anne's has no inventory to sell anytime of the day no matter which one you go to. Just...
