Last time I went in a couple weeks agoā¦.they gave me my tuna melt inside out. Yesterday I went in and the young kid working the counter told me they couldnāt make a tuna melt even though it was 10:30 and Iāve ordered them at that time before. I look at the case and see the tuna salad and he says āI can make you tuna on a bagel if you wantā and I said āif you have the tuna and the bagels and the cheese then you can make a tuna melt that doesnāt even make any senseā and he goes ālet me go ask the back it might just be one of those things ya know?ā No I donāt knowā¦Iāve worked in food service for years and I donāt know how you can rationalize any of that. He comes back and says he can make it, so I order a tuna melt and home fries. Our food comes about 10 minutes later (was a takeout so we were waiting) and when we get to the car I notice thereās no home fries. When we walked back in there was a woman in front of us coming back in because THEY FORGOT THE LOX ON HER LOX SANDWICH! How do you even do that!? We tell him the home fries are missing and he says heāll go start themā¦.so you just completely forgot my order the second I said it? Then a guy came in to order 4 bagelsā¦two plain, one buttered, one with cream cheese, and he was watching him make them and HE DIDNT MAKE A SINGLE BAGEL RIGHT! The man was watching him and was like āno thatās wrong. Thatās wrong too.ā And finally just took the wrong orderā¦which I wouldnāt have because making 4 bagels isnāt hard at all and he paid for them. The guy left with all the wrong food it was a shame. Then weāre waiting 20 minutes for our home fries, and had to ask multiple times on their progress. He literally kept forgetting about them on the flat top. Then I get home and the home fries are mushy as all hell because he let them go too long, and THERE WAS A HAIR IN THEM! I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A HAIR IN MY FOOD! Our takeout order which shouldāve taken 10-15 minutes top had us there for 45 minutes and messed up our time frame for the whole rest of the day. ALSO he put my coin change in the tip jar WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME and didnāt deserve it with how horrible the service was. If I paid on my card Iād be calling them today but unfortunately we paid cash. Never going to this location again. Jimmie Leeds road is so much betterā¦service...

Every time we are polite every time we tip and every time we have to go back and say this bagel is supposed to be toasted or its supposed to he scrambled or its not supposed to have salt and pepper on it. EVERY single time. There's no bagel shops around here but we will just eliminate bagels from our breakfasts instead of keep spending money at such a horrible place to eat. There must be some kind of tax break to hire handicapped people that the owner is receiving. The first few time my wife would go back and they would argue with her that she didn't order what she ordered. I have been ordering my bagel the exact same way for 20 years. I used to go to Bagels n Beyond. They knew how to make a bagel correctly. Noone gets it right every time I understand people ar ebusy and these aren't rocket scientists thus they make bagels.
