I am just going to lay this out there: these people are the absolute best human beings on the planet to go to to get your nails done. Six days out of seven I am on the brink of a mental breakdown and sometimes taking care of myself in the simplest ways can be a huge obstacle. I went in there at the end of the week before Valentine’s Day, they took me immediately and were so incredibly kind and sociable. The entire place was immaculate, smelled wonderful and was full of other happy clients. It has a really intimate feel with people hopping in and out of others’ conversations and everyone seemed to feel really welcome talking to one another and sharing stories and laughs. The nail artists there are incredibly knowledgeable and fine young women. They will help you choose the best style and color and route to go to ensure you get exactly what you want. They seek to help you and fulfill your needs and vision without bizarre up charging. Which, if you have ever been to a shady salon you know that is standard practice. Not here! They are wonderful. I go back in two weeks for a fill and pedicure and I’m so excited. A five star rating does not even begin to cover it. These people are so incredibly kind and professional I cannot stress it enough. I called to get appointments for 3 adults and 1 child. I specified the adults wanted deluxe pedicures and then the child would get a child one. We showed up they started 2 adults and 1 child leaving one adult sitting there completely ignored for over an hour. When everyone else was done they attempted to start the last adult to which we politely declined as it would be another whole hour after the rest of the party was done. The pedi requested was the deluxe which is supposed to have a 30 min massage with it, at best they did 10 mins which seems small but this was an upcharge specifically for the massage. When we get to the checkout the $65 pedicures for the adults were expected but then we find out the child received a full deluxe pedi as well ( we specified a child one). Lastly when we paid we used 2 cards and they were today we were leaving a $20 tip. The man at the desk proceeded to put $20 on both cards giving them a $40 tip (which clearly was not earned with the poor service). Then he said whoops and didn’t try to fix it. We will not be going back. I’m not sure why this place is so frequently recommended, we had a horrible experience. Prices are intentionally uncharged without consent and then on top of it they charge a 4% credit card fee. Buyer beware we paid $300 for 2 adults, 1 “child” massage...

Just wanted to share my treatment by the owner after being a customer for over a year. Went there for awhile, well one of the last times I went in I had I called right after I left (I don’t like to say anything in front and possibly hurt someones feelings if I didn’t want them again) and said something and asked if it’s really $30 just for a polish change on my toes and that the girl had hurt me and requested someone else next time. They never gave me a price then all of a sudden when I went in a sign was up with prices I’d never seen before and I know other people who go there and they don’t pay what I do for the same exact stuff. Well the next two times the owner purposely put me in the same broken chair every time and made sure to go over and tell the girl who did them before how good she did loud enough for me to hear. I just don’t find that a very good way to run a business to be nasty to customer for saying something. After two times of that type of customer service I am back at my old nail salon not being over charged or treated poorly. I definitely would never recommend them to...
