Slice Of Naples Pizza — Restaurant in Galloway Township

We just moved our trailer to a campground in the area today. I Googled restaurants close by and luckily found this gem.

We got a large cheese pizza, a strawberry spinach salad and teriyaki wings.

The pizza was made exactly how I asked, half light cheese. It was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. Not run of the mill pizza sauce, for sure.

The wings were gigantic and my husband said they were amazing. Great price for wings that size, too.

The salad was honestly the best I've even had. It had a poppy seed dressing and there was a touch of lemon that brightened it up. The strawberries, cucumbers and spinach were so fresh and the red onions and sliced almonds rounded it all out. A party in my mouth! It also came with a substantial chunk of warm crusty bread that was awesome.

The staff was also very friendly from the girl who answered the phone to the delivery driver.

So, so thrilled to find a place so close with such delicious, reasonably priced food.

I can't wait until we can eat inside the restaurant, but until then we appreciate that we're able to order...

I believe in supporting local businesses and believe in second chances. However, this is the last time I’m buying from Matarazzo’s. The first time I let it go but this time we ordered white pizza and specifically requested no ricotta cheese - I mean who puts that on white pizza anyway - but to each his own so I digress. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and to our surprise the pizza or rather the cheese and pepperoni started to slide off in the box or was put in that way? Now giving them the benefit of the doubt I asked my son if perhaps the pizza shifted in transit to which he said it didn’t (his words - “he put them on the passenger seat and drove with one hand while ensuring the boxes stayed level with the other hand”). Either way we only live a few blocks so the pizza could not have shifted that much. Finally we ordered wings and requested they be well done so they come out extra crispy; instead they were mushy. All in all we tried but this place just doesn’t have it. We’ll have to go back to the drawing board on getting...

Great cheese steaks.... Can't wait to try some of the other stuff on the menu. Sooooo UPDATE.... I'm confused how the cheese steaks for lunch were so good I was compelled to write a positive review .... Then I tell my wife about their sandwiches and we decided to order dinner... Well..... This is one of the worst bland chicken parmesan sandwiches I've ever had... Makes Wawa look gourmet. Dry and only a few chicken fingers on the roll. I ordered with extra cheese and there's almost no cheese on it. A side of wings with no sauce and didn't get the blue cheese either ... MAJOR...
