South End Pizza IV — Restaurant in Galloway Township

Went in around lunch time with my mom, the place was a little busy but not crazy. While we were waiting for our food we saw and heard somethings that really turned us off from eating here. Two members of the staff were arguing and cursing towards the front of the restaurant. Making the environment feel hostile.

Another thing that happened is that a separate staff member was using a paper plate to eat her lunch and after she was finished, proceeded to put the plate back on top of the pile that was set out for the customers. It was so disgusting and unprofessional. And the fact that when we got our food we got handed that same plate really grossed us out (We could tell because that plate had stains on it).

The last thing that caught our eye was when a staff member was cleaning the counter with a rag and used that same rag to wipe a pizza tray in the display case that had pizza still on it. And then went and picked something off the pizza and threw it on the floor. The lack of food safety was really concerning.

The only redeeming quality about our visit was that the food was decent. But after seeing what we saw we didnt have much of...

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. My husband went here a few days ago in person for two slices of pizza. They didn’t have a pie made up for the slices he requested. The front counter processed to argue with my husband. They told him the only way he could get those slices is only if he bought the pie too. Never ever in our lives have we’ve heard such BS. These two slices were for our disabled family member. My husband did not provoke arguments in any such way. Ended up giving him the slices anyway. Get the slices home and absolutely paper thin. No effort into it what so ever. My nieces and nephew who are 4&5 could of done a better job. The time before this the staff was disrespectful, and off the bat confrontational. Please if you don’t like your job leave and give someone a chance to have a job who would appreciate it. I’ll never seek any type of services from this...

Extremely Disappointed – Nearly 2 Hours Late with No Resolution

I ordered two large pizzas at 5:20 PM and was told delivery would take about 45 minutes. At 6:30 PM, with still no sign of our order, I called to follow up and was told it would be another 15 minutes. While that was already frustrating, I decided to wait.

By 7:10 PM—nearly two hours later—I called again. Not only was the food still not delivered, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude and completely unbothered by the delay. No apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right.

Now it’s almost 7:30 PM, I have hungry kids, and I’m scrambling to figure out dinner because I wasn’t planning to cook. This experience was beyond frustrating and absolutely unacceptable. I will not be ordering...
