Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Gallup

I ordered at the drive-thru, got some nuggets and hot wings and went to pay. After paying I was told to go park in the lot next to me and wait for my order.

I waited 20 minutes and no one came. It was not busy, only a few cars behind me.

I go inside and ask for my order and all the employees seemed lost and looked like they didn't know what they were doing. I waited an additional 10 minutes for my order.

The supervisor (or manager) as well as her employees had ZERO customer service. No apologies, no "sorry for the wait", not even a basic "thank you" after speaking with her. Another employee at the counter just handed me my food and turned his back. My food was not hot by the time I got eat it.

Don't come here, it sucks. There are better places that know what they're doing and won't...

I ordered my meal only to be told by my delivery that they completely ignored my order until they got there to pick up my food. What was meant to be a 30 minute wait for food to be made and delivered turned into an hour and a half wait. While my meal was being made I was told that they were out of rice and mashed potatoes and refused to make more. So they replaced my sides with coleslaw that smells worse than it tastes - which doesn't taste very good to begin with - and macaroni and cheese.

The only saving grace is the chicken and fries which were really delicious but with the service my delivery driver had and a really long wait for my meal it immediately removes any...

The evening employees at Popeyes know their goals and are able to meet them and they do. They provide great customer service by knowing the menu and being attentive when questions arise. Being able to talk and recommend and correct any errors goes a long ways when being of service to the public and Brenden, Tes, Isaiah, and Octavia are capable of providing that. And of course, knowing your workstation and being aware of what's needed and how much to provide goes to being prepared and that's Red in the back cooking. All in all, people treat each other with kindness...
