Used To Work Here And Still Had A Great Job Here But There's Some Stuff That Needs To Fix Tbh. For Example Theater 6 It May Have A Big Screen And So Many Seats But Needs To Fixed The Sound Because The Music Is Loud But Can Hardly Hear The Voice, Because I Believe People Wants To See A Movie That You Can Have Best Sound. And Another One Is Theater 9 It's The Best To See Movies But It's The Screen Those Black Bars Told One Of My Coworkers About And Said That's Imax, Uhh huh It Would Be Much Better If The Screen Was Full To Many People Coming Up To Me Saying About That Like Tbh I Wish I Could Go Up There And Fix It Because I Want To See Movies In Full Screen Too. And No Haha We Don't Save Yesterday Popcorn And Serve It Again The Next Day The Reason Why It Is Like That Because Of The Light Bulb That Makes It Kinda Dry But If We Get Packed For A Big Movie That Is Showing We Make The Freshed Popcorn But Mixed Up Sorry We Do That Because It's Our Policy. But The Main The One We Get Questioned A Lot Is About 3D Movies Because We Get Complaints About The Screen Being Dark And Can't See Anything Because...Will It's A 3D Movie It's Not The Screen It's The Glasses I Mean Haha It Looks Like Sunglasses Tbh But Yeah And Of Course The Whole Covid Because You Know No Touching Face lol. But We Fixed It Now Because We Kinda Brighting Up The Screen For Doctor Strange 2 And Now It's Not Dark And We Are Showing 3D Movies Now Because Covid Is Down Now And Brighting Up The Screen So Yeah That Was My Opinion About The Movie Theater And Being And Employee There, Oh Yeah We Are Not Rude Or Anything Like That We Are Just Tired Because We Have To Runaround To Get Your Food Ready And Have To Run To The Theater To Turn The Lights Off And Make Sure Everything Is Okay And Also Wearing A Botton Up Shirt With A Tie I Mean So Many Incidence While Wearing That And Have To Keep It Clean And Nice But Yeah Heh. NO STARS!!!!!! DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD MANAGEMENT! MANAGER IS A CHILD WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE A DEGREE IS NOT EXPERIENCE!. WENT HERE TO GET MOVIES TO TAKE MY KIDS TO WATCH A MOVIE FOR THE 4TH. AND LITTLE DID I KNOW I WAS GOING TO WALK INTO A THEATER WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! WHAT A SHAME! WHEN PEGGY RAN THE THEATERS THERE WAS NO WAY THE STAFF WOULD ACT THE WAY THEY DO NOW. ESPECIALLY A MANAGER. TO BE NOT HELPFUL AND TO LET AND BE OKAY WITH YOUR STAFF BEING RUDE AND GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH A CUSTOMER IS A SHAME! ALL WE DID WAS ASK IF THE CASHIER OPEN AND IF HE WAS HE NEED TO BE MORE VOCAL LIKE THE OTHER TWO RUDE STAFF MEMBERS 1 BEING THE MANAGER. IF HE WAS MORE VOCAL WE WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO ASK IF HE OPEN. AND TO BE DENIED TICKETS JUST FOR ASKING FOR A MANAGER BECAUSE THE BOY DID NOT WANT TO CHECK US OUT WHICH WAS CRAZY TO ME. HE WAS LIKE SHE WILL HELP YOU. SO WE GO TO THE GIRL AND I WAS LIKE WHAT IS HIS NAME AND I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A MGR SHE STATED SHE THE MGR AND SHE DONT GOT TO GIVE HIS NAME. O OKAY. AT THIS POINT I DONT EVEN WANT TO SPEND MY MONEY THERE. SO SO I TELL HER THIS IS.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY COMING FROM MANAGER. LIKE WOW. AND SHE STATED SHE WILL NOT SERVICE US FOR TELLING HER THAT THIS IS HORRIBLE...

Honest all i asked was for a refill... I was told we could get one refill... the manger wouldn't let me have one. He was a jerk with gap teeth smiling at me... I was actually surprised considering the other cashier just said out loud...that we are allowed to have one refill... 1st time here and I've been at other theater and they weren't "mean to the customer". Maybe if I was his family or friends. Thanks for being rude. I guess you cant do one simple thing... The female employees that looks like a men... went to back just to get the gap teeth manger to say i cant have a refill ... waste my time . I didnt get to watch the movie because of this very upsetting. My son also said the restroom 🚻 was gross he's 9 and Clogged toilet and the sink wasn't working. So i spent 70$ just to get no refill... like I get way more from McDonald's and I spend way less...Oh and they give free refills. "Greedy"#"Gross"#"Gruesome"# honesty this Theater will soon become irrelevant and shutdown. Best to wait for Netflix to drop the movie.
