Crescent City Tap — Restaurant in Galva

This place is terrible service, management, and they couldn't car less if you were there or not or spend money. One time I went there they had natural gas leaking every outside because the flame went out on a lantern. You could smell it from across the street, and I had to tell them, and they didn't really care to get to it quickly. Not understanding their building was currently a bomb. A separate time my wife and I went in and there were only four people who were already served and had been there a while, and the bartender wes just leaning on the back of the bar instead of asking if we would like anything for at least 10 minutes

Then the atm wasn't working, and we were one of four people that asked if we could just get money and put it on our tab with a card, and they wouldn't do it even though there was high demand to spend money so people couldn't play the slots, and I just needed quarter's for the pool table that they had keys for and I offered to get charged by the hour and they saidi couldcome back on free pool night. Really ?. If they had just opened the table, I would have stayed longer and spent more money. The pool table needs to be fixed badly the bumpers, felt, and ball return and while playing pool with the quarter's i brought the employees were constantly cutting me off and bumping into me even though there were at most 6 people there a 5 employees three of witch were just talking to eachother in the corner so the had tim to not be running...

Bar was semi clean, and there were only a few of us there. There were spots flies would of stuck to it. 😣. Kitchen was closed already. Bummer! We came in around 9:00 on a Saturday night. Even though we were spending money big time! The bartender kicked us out at 10pm! Really? It's Saturday night! We pumped the jukebox full. We were able to enjoy a few songs but, she refused to turn it up. No fun dancing to quiet music on a Saturday. Seemed like, every 5 mins she was telling us she's closing. We even offered her a big tip of she'd stay open. She was so lazy we had to call her over and wait for her to meander over and sigh a lot. She was a young gal, but acted like a old woman. She rolled her eyes at my friend when he ordered a round of shots. She sighed the whole time she pours em. Lots of tequila was spilled by her. 😮 She never came back to wipe it up either. Guess the sticky bar mystery is solved. She said it was her family who owned place and she can't stay open later bc they won't let her stay open later. Apparently our groups $$ was no good. I've NEVER been to a bar that kicked people out at 10pm who were spending $. 🤨

*As a follow up, to mgmt's comments: This visit was awhile back! So sorry I didn't get to reviewing until now. You're "review" of Camara footage is not the corrct Saturday. Thanks for the effort to try and prove a Customer Wrong...

Went for a quick dinner with some friends. Had quick service, great staff and amazing food! The mac and cheese pulled pork was some of the best I have ever had! The area is lucky to have such a great place to eat. The atmosphere of New Orleans is everywhere. With real gas lamps like the french quarter too! The staff were friendly and prompt as well.
