Given that it is Labor Day weekend, I do understand the business being extremely busy. Thankfully, I booked a suite so it included a microwave; when my food arrived the pizza was cold. It might just be this restaurants style but it was thin and has little to no tomatoe sauce. I had ordered XL with all normal sauces but did build half of each side with different meat and veggies. The Greek salad was warm and I had requested extra Greek dressing but instead the salad was drenched it what it seemed like oil and vinegar. If I didn't have that dressing, I can say it would be overall good with the combination of veggies it had. I would also suggest dressing be added on the side. I ordered at 8:17pm and I received it at 10:07pm. I did call at 9:30pm and confirmed that I was last to be delivered to and that the traffic would delay it some. I do agree, the seawall had some horrific traffic today. The person who answered was pleasant and the delivery driver was kind so customer service wise they seem great. I ordered a cheesecake and I definitely enjoyed it. It was very light and had that creamy but firm texture. I like to try new pizza places other than the regular pizza chains (Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns) but In this instance, I rather have ordered from the food chains. Ive ordered Superbowl day and had a 2 hour wait but my food came hot. Maybe its more drivers or whatever circumstances. It was my 1st time ordering here, I dont believe when I visit Galveston again that Ill have Mario's on my list to order from. Im pretty firm on what places I tend to order from and wish I could give a 2nd chance as I do believe on a slower day they...

I placed my delivery order at 7 pm. Their website stated the order would be ready in 45 minutes. I called at 8:35 pm inquiring about my order. I understand that sometimes restaurants get crazy randomly, so I was very polite upon inquisition. The woman that answered the phone was very rude. She cut me off as I was explaining the reason I was calling asking what name the order was under. I told her my name, to which she sighed in a very loud manner into the phone and told me, yeah. When they get back they will pick up your order and bring it to you. She didn't say anything out of line, however the rude manner she used in cutting me off midsentance and how she seemed so inconvenienced that I called were definitely clear enough that now I will no longer order from this restaurant! It was our favorite place but I won't accept being talked to and treated like a problem. Her tone and dismissive manner were very offending and their food is too expensive to be talked to that way. She never stated her name but the call was placed Tuesday May 31st at 8:35 p.m. The delivery man was very nice. The food tasted as though it sat for a long time before arriving. The croutons on the salad were very chewy and the salad was wilted and hot. The spaghetti was delicious as was the fettuccine Alfredo. The bread was all stale and was stale in the meatball parm sandwich. For an order priced over 100 bucks, these things are completely...

I do not recommend this place at all.

The pizza was very oily. That's unhealthy to put that much oil on a pizza. It tasted strange. The delivery driver was very rude and angry. He banged on my door like he was the police. I didn't even have an extra minute to get to the door before he banged even harder.

I was expecting 45 minutes to arrive. He was early by 25 minutes so I wasn't yet expecting him, then he took my receipts not giving me enough time to sign or give him a cash tip. He was so rude he didn't say goodbye he just grabbed the receipts then left dropping his pizza bag. A part of me didn't want to tell him, but I'm just not that type of person. I ordered delivery because I wasn't feeling well to go out too exhausted, and now I'm worried he's going to force my signature and give himself a tip. I hope that's not the case.

If you're a manager reading this please make sure the heavy built Caucasia man in maybe his 40s didn't want me to sign. He was so aggressive and angry, I just gave him the receipts, scared he was going to physically harm me. He kept saying, "I need the receipt now. Give me the receipt. I need the receipt." He said it repeatedly while I was holding the pizza and I was going to get the cash to for him, but the level aggression I decided to just give it to him. He's not meant to work...

Sadly the quality has dropped here... management is really letting this place go down hill... wait staff always good but food not so much. .. I had spaghetti n meatballs always a favorite used to be great but now runny watery sauce and they took away the parmesan cheese shakers and now serve little individual packs at the table! I was told they keep getting stolen so they got rid of them... seriously? Those things cost like a dollar! Cost of business man... This was super disappointing. .. this used to be my favorite Italian food in Galveston. . Also the wine is served in a beer glass... seriously? I'm sure mgt/owner thinks saving money but that's like two glasses of wine... good for client but bad for atmosphere! Won't be back... until they fix all this...

The pizza was great for the location close to the state park and fast about 25 mins from order to picking it up also we paid 60 bucks (not including tip) give or take for two pies about 23 bucks per pizza and a pasta to go but honestly I’d rather drive a little farther for the wayyyy better pasta cause the chicken was thin an super dry due to being so thin I’m thinking and the Alfredo sauce was watered down and no flavor I under stand not every pasta is going to be good but this is terrible and I was tricked cause it looks so good an well prepared I don’t mean to be so brutally honest but this was a huge miss on quality and not I’m sitting here at work with lunch that’s not what I want to be eating
